3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹62 may apply.

• COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional fee.

4. Delivery Partners

We use reliable logistics partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your order in real-time.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Unforeseen weather or natural events

• COVID-19 or other health-related disruptions

• Courier partner delays or address issues

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
